Sugarloaf from the English side
This image was captured from Cam Peak in the Cotswolds and takes in the distinctive Sugarloaf peak in the Brecon Beacons. I was with Mike, a good friend who’s also a photographer, and ironically this wasn’t the shot I had in mind, however as we made the ascent up Cam Peak, the cloud formations became more promising by the minute, leaving an almost perfect ‘gap’ at the horizon for the sun make an appearance for the final few minutes of sunset, which always has the best light – as proven by the red glow on the clouds!
